Questions about pricing
Am I tied to anything?
No. You cancel monthly. If you pay yearly and want to stop sooner, we look at the remaining period.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on Core and Plus. On Max a one-off € 495 excluding VAT, because we do the setup, the styling and the content for you.
I have several B&Bs. Is that possible?
Yes. Each property gets its own app, with its own texts, its own tips and its own QR code, because your guest stays in one place only. You manage them all from a single login, switching between properties at the top. For several properties we put together a bespoke package, so that is quoted on request. Let us know how many places you run and we will work it out for you.
Are the QR code signs included in the price?
No, those can be ordered separately. The link itself is in your dashboard, so printing it yourself is always an option. If you would like printed signs, we will contact you about it.
What if I want to switch plans?
You can, at any time. Move up and the extra features are there straight away. Move down and your content stays; only what is not in your plan disappears from the app.
Do I pay per room?
No, you pay per property and not per room. If you have several rooms, the app works with room types, and for that you need the Max package. That package is quoted on request, because the setup differs per property. Get in touch and we will work out what you need together.
